Added 6/5/2015 I went along to the Katsuya Terada show today. If you are in Tokyo at the moment its well worth a visit. Terada's work is firmly in the Moebius field of illustration although he does give his own creative take on things. The exhibition is in two parts with the colour illustrations being in an annex to the rear of the gallery (no photographs allowed). Judging from the sold dots on the pieces this has been well received show for Terada. Below are picture taken by me, and also photographs taken by Kaori Shizuya on the opening day. Katsuya Terada will be doing a live drawing session at the gallery on Sunday 10th May. Gallery website details - >>HERE<< 【GWオススメ展示】5月4日〜16日「寺田克也ペンシル アンド ボールペンスケッチ!」 Coming soon! I was hoping to go along to the James Jarvis exhibition on Sunday with Kaori Shizuya but the Bonten Taro exhibition meeting went on a bit longer than planned so I missed it :-(. Luckily Kaori took loads of photographs so credit to her. Right,James Jarvis, in case you didn't know- James Amos Jarvis (born London, 1970) is a British illustrator and toy designer, a pioneer of the soft vinyl designer toy revolution. Beginning as a designer for the fashion company Silas, Jarvis now creates characters at his own company, Amos Toys, each character with its own personality and background world.
